Imprinting Options

Silk-screening is the most common process used to produce printed apparel. It is essentially a “stencil” method of printing in which a design is imposed on a screen of silk or fine mesh and ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface.

It is ideal for large run orders, and/or multi-coloured images.

This process is an alternative to silk screen printing with similar results. It is an ideal medium for short run orders and/or sample production.

The Heat Seal Process uses the application of heat to transfer images to the apparel, without the mess of inks or screens.

Embroidery is the technique of applying a logo or design with needle and thread. Embroidery machines are computer controlled to apply a pre-programmed design onto the garment with various coloured threads and types of stitches.

Embroidery is mostly recommended for coats, hats, dress shirts and golfshirts.

This process involves the sewing down of material (most commonly nylon twill) to the clothing. The designs are usually quite simple, and can sometimes incorporate different fabrics and/or embroidery designs.

Tackle twill is often used for many professional sports teams when decorating uniforms and jerseys, but is also used for many school athletic organizations for logo-ing on sweatshirts, jackets and pants.

Sublimation is a printing process where all colours, including body colour, accent colours, team names, logos and individual player numbers are dyed directly into the fabric of the jersey during the manufacturing process.

The result is a jersey that weighs less and wears better. Decoration on the jersey will not crack, peel or fade over time. The fabric maintains its stretch and wicking capabilities resulting in a better performing jersey.

We are able to provide excellent service because we don’t commit to one supplier, which restricts uniform options as well as sacrificing receiving the lowest price possible. Basically, not committing to one supplier keeps your options open, in which the possibilities are endless. No restrictions and No minimum invoiced sales.

For over 30 years, we have created strong relationships with both our clients and our suppliers to keep providing the very best in athletic sportswear.
